Blue Diamond is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Specializing in Remote Access, we can service our clients quickly and efficiently without the need to be on-site.
Blue Diamond partners with market leaders in IT such as Microsoft, Citrix, HP, Linksys, Cisco, Cybernetics, StorageWorks, Foxit, TrendMicro & ManageEngine. Our vast vendor relationships allow BDT to provide customized solutions focused on streamlining the overall performance, end user experience while lowering TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and streamlining business process.
BDT integrates our key partners’ products to provide a unified set of solutions, professional services, and managed services to solve our clients’ most complex problems. BDT ensures industry practices are followed, documented, and repeatable to mitigate risk while deploying stable and manageable IT Environments.

Darcy Widdifield
Founder & CEO
A highly motivated and ambitious individual with 24yrs of IT experience combined with 18yrs specializing in Citrix; providing business process analysis and streamlining by implementing the appropriate combination of infrastructure, operating systems and application technology in a timely manner while providing accurate guidance, support and training to team members and individuals. Darcy possesses excellent leadership skills and motivates BDT's Client Teams to achieve their goals. Darcy's focus is Client Team's, leading projects and Blue Diamond's Core Business Operations.
Tessa Gervais
Office Administrator
Tessa Gervais, a determined and enthusiastic team member. Carrying over 8yrs of Customer Service experience, and over 12yrs being a team member and leader; Tessa is dedicated to helping clients and educating them on the value of Blue Diamond Technologies’ products and services. With her previous experience managing a Business Development team, and achieving major milestones at a busy company, Tessa is motivated to always put her best foot forward and surpass the expectations of those around her. Her experience, knowledge and passion assist in growing healthy partner and client relationships. She strives to keep all clients informed and acknowledged, while keeping our team on track.
Ali Jamali
Lead Network Tech & Desktop Support
Ali Jamali is a 20yr Cisco Certified Technician. He has in-depth experience of Networking/WiFi (Cisco/Meraki/Dell/Ubiquity), Desktop Support (Windows 10 & 11), Windows Servers (2003-2019), Microsoft O365 and Azure. Ali provides excellent support to end users and keeps our clients’ networks running. He has several MS Desktop and Azure Certifications and is now delving into Low Code/No Code solutions as well. His experience and passion for technology makes him a valuable member of Blue Diamond’s Team and clients like working with him.
